We found a new strawberry farm that is in Forsyth GA, just north of here and it was a really neat place. They have a llama and a HUGE playground area for kids. The strawberries were huge and very sweet. We picked a big gallon bucket of strawberries and played for a few minutes and then headed up to High Falls State Park for our picnic. We had never been to High Falls so we thought we'd check it out. It was pretty nice too. We paid only $3 to park and got to enjoy our picnic right at the spill way. After lunch we played on a small playgroung then went across the road to the water falls. We hiked down the trail and enjoyed the beautiful falls.
Tonight we grilled turkey burgers and made home-made strawberry ice cream for supper. Gran-daddy Griffin came over and ate supper with us. We always enjoy the company and I think he enjoyed it just as much too. We have had a fun filled day and are now ready for bed. Emily ate SO many strawberries today so I hope her stomach doesn't start hurting tonight. Hope you enjoy the pictures and have a wonderful rest of the day.
