Car Wreck...Lives saved and Changed!!!!

As I know everyone knows about this already, I just had to post pictures for some who are not on facebook.  But the kids and I were in a horrible car wreck Thursday afternoon at 1:32 pm.  I know it was 1:32 pm, because I had just looked up from the clock when I realized I was vearing off my lane and off the left side of the road in a 90 degree curve.  When I realized what was happening I tried to recover by pulling back on the road, only God knows why I did that, and my right front tire locked flipping us in the opposite direction and then we flipped and rolled 3-4 times until God placed us UPRIGHT on a barbed wire fence.  Looking at the car on the inside as this picture shows, you see just how God protected us ALL especially our sweet children.  The frame wasn't even bent int in the middle!

The picture below is showing the middle window which is Joseph's door.  Neither he nor Emily's windows were busted and blown out!  Joseph's door was NOT even dented in!!! TALK ABOUT GOD"S PROTECTION!!!!!
I received the worst of the injuries, but I walked out of the ER just 5 hours later so obviously I am FINE.  Whiplash, and some bruising but just fine!!!!  We serve a mighty and awesome God no doubt, but my words cannot express the feelings I'm having right now.  God definitely has plans for us, only HE knows, but this family will NEVER be the same!!!!!!

VBS Family night

Friday night was our VBS family night and music camp program.  Emily didn't get to participate in the music camp but next will be able to and she's already excited about that!  They had sign language, recorder, percussion, creative movement, handbells, and other classes.  You know she'll jump right in next year.

After the big kids performed the preschoolers got to join in and sing the theme song.  She enjoyed every minute singing on stage, so did her friend to the left Aubrey.  Just scroll down and look at the pictures below if you haven't already seen them, and look at all that emotion on my girl's face!  She LOVES music!!!

This one below is my absolute favorite!!!!

VBS Day's 4 & 5

OKAY so here's alot of photos for you to wrap up our week in VBS.  I haven't however made pictures from family night, b/c it's tonight.  But my camera battery is charging and ready for tonight's program.  I hope you enjoy these pictures and see how much my daughter LOVES to be on stage singing.  Her face just cracks me up in some of these pictures!!!

This one below is my favorite.  I edited it in a program and it looks sort of cartoony in this one.

Okay so these 2 photos (above and below) are my absolute favorites.  The one above they are watching and waiting to see who won (the boys or the girls), then after they saw the girls won look at the expression below.  Causey her little friend (that's a boy) is scowling, and she is cheering!  LOVE it.

I had to send someone in to make pictures of Joseph!

I did find him on the playground and got these shots from Emily's classroom window.  SO cute watching them play.

Joseph with his 2 teachers.  He absolutely has loved them both, but Mrs. Sue has been his favorite!  You should hear him say her name.  It cracks me up.  He says, Mizzz Sue!!!
We love all of his teachers at church, but she has taken the time to make him SPECIAL.  Not that the other teachers don't, he's the only boy in a room full of girls, and sometimes can be kind of quiet.  BUT Mrs. Sue talked and played with him like you wouldn't believe!!!  She has boys of her own so she knows how to work with them.  He loves his Mizzz Sue!!!!
Joseph tells all the fish good bye in my craft room!!!  We are ready for next year already!!!!

VBS Days1-3

We began the week with VBS and still have 2 more days to go, but I thought I would share a few of the pictures I've gotten this week of the kids.  With Joseph being SO very attached to my left hip, I can't make many pictures of him in his class.  I made the mistake today by going on the playground to make his picture because he'd been doing SO well in passing me in the hall and going by my craft room seeing me in there and NOT crying so I thought he'd do okay seeing me outside...well I was WRONG.  He threw the biggest fit when I went back inside.  His favorite teacher just took him and brought him inside to get his blankie so he was good after that.  I learned from my mistake :)

In between all these hot mornings (or rather freezing temps inside the building).  We had to have some fun in the back yard on our new slip n slide (aka tarp thrown down in the backyard).  Enjoy all the pictures...maybe I'll get some more these last 2 days!
