Well we started this week off with Joseph running fever. Monday it started with just 100 degrees, and by 6:00pm it was 104!!! It was very stressful around here Monday evening, but with the help of a nurse we got it down to 101.8 by 10:00 so we didn't have to take him to the ER. Tuesday I was assuming it was just a viral infection, but was similar to Monday. He didn't have much fever during the day but by later afternoon it rose up to 103. Today we took him to a pediatrican in Meridian and we've found out he has a UTI. They did a urine sample from a catheter and later this afternoon the Dr. called me back himself and told us there was some bacteria meaning an infection. They have given him an antibiotic but he's allergic to it, so we're praying that he doesn't have a severe reaction, and really NO reaction. We did however get some cute pictures outside. Joseph wasn't feeling 100% but he LOVED being outside (even though it made his temp. go up). He didn't however like wearing his hat. Papaw & Emily went to the Co-Op to get flowers, and they all enjoyed planting them. Joseph LOVED playing in the dirt, typical boy! He really like that water hose. You can see him in the picture trying to sneak and get it...too bad his fingers aren't strong enough to squeeze it. We got our kite back out on Monday and Papaw gave it a try, but the wind was either too strong or not strong long enough. I've got MANY more pictures but it's late, and I'll try to post more later of our trip to the park!!!
