Well after over a month of planning and creating the week has finally arrived...the week of Emily's party. I finished today "crafting" the last things, and I'm SURE I AM finished. I covered and decorated juice boxes today, just a cute idea I've seen. I'm calling it "Butterfly Nectar". I will push a flower onto the straw when we open them, so it's like they're drinking it from the flower.
I may not post again until after the party, because I've got lots of decorating of foods to do this week. I am going to attempt to make cake pops by Wednesday, then I have to ice butterfly cookies, and then of course decorate the cake. That will happen on Thursday for sure! I learned the past few parties to get the cake DONE the day before!!! Just in case I haven't posted here is the following menu for the BIG BUTTERFLY Party:
