Special Children's Day and a Special Week of Fun and Flowers

 Our church hosts Special Children's day for all of our surrounding counties school districts.  We had over 1,000 students and teachers come out to our church lake last Friday.  They enjoyed games, face painting, boat rides and free food and candy!  Of course I was at face painting and they all had such a blast!

 Glenn you see is working hard at the golf game!  And after all the stress with face painting we workers got to take a nice boat ride!

 I just had to post these of my irises since most will be gone by this weekend due to all the bad weather and rain.  They were gorgeous this year!!!!

 AND we picked strawberries and had to make some jam.  THE best jam I've made yet.
